Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sunkissed Sips and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

• Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Instead, returns must be sent to:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
